A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit equal to 1 night stay for Cottage A will be charged at the time reservations are booked.
This is part of the total and will be deducted from the amount owed at check in.
2 Night Minimum Booking

Deposit equal to 1 night stay for Cottages B, C, D, E, F will be charged at the time reservations are booked.
This is part of the total and will be deducted from the amount owed at check in.
2 Night Minimum Booking

No refunds will be given, due to bad weather!

Smoking is allowed outside on front porch only!

Labor Day & Memorial Day - 3 night minimum
4th of July - 3 night minimum
Hummingbird Festival - 2 night minimum
Seafair - 3 night minimum
Oysterfest - 3 night minimum

All other Holiday and Festivals 2 night minimum @ Holiday/Festival rates

No weekly rate discounts on holiday weeks
