Candlelight Cottages by the Beach
Thank you for reserving with Candlelight Cottages by the Beach. You will be able to enter your cottage anytime after 3pm by entering the last 4 digits of the phone number under your reservation. This door code can also be found on your invoice. There is also a lock button on the keypad so you and the rest of your party can come and go without a key. There is no on-site office. Please call our manager Rhonda @ (361-205-5454) and she can assist you with anything you may need.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
CHECK-IN is 3PM
(Early check-in MUST be approved by Management prior to arrival date. A $25.00 fee will be applied to bill for early check-in)
CHECK-OUT is 11AM
(Late check-out will result an additional $25.00 charge)
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Rates based on 4 person occupancy.
There is $10 fee per person/per night. Limit 1 extra guest, only with prior approval from management.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Book Direct: Deposit equal to 1 Night stay with Booking direct for Cottages A, B, C, D, E, & F. Deposit will vary according to Cottage and seasons. This is part of the total and will be deducted from the amount owed at check in. 2 Night Minimum Booking. The remaining amount will be charged to the card on file the day of check-in unless we are notified otherwise.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given, due to bad weather!
TAXES
State and local occupancy taxes of 15% will be added to all room rates, except monthly rental rates.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
Should you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least;
7 days in advance for daily reservations
14 days in advance for weekly reservations
30 days in advance for monthly reservations
Failure to do so could result in a total amount of reservation.
NO SHOWS
No shows are charged the full amount of their reservation.
PARKING
All cottages have their own marked parking spaces in front of their cottage.
INTERNET
There is wireless Internet access available at no charge, however; there is no guarantee of connectivity or outages. The access code can be found inside your cottage.
SMOKING
Candlelight Cottages is smoke free indoors. Smoking is permitted on the porches outside the cottages.
A charge of $100 will be added to the bill of any guest who smokes inside the cottages.
PETS
Pets are allowed (MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT)
Only non-aggressive, well-behaved pets will be allowed.
Limit of 2 pets and must be under 25 pounds.
$25 non-refundable deposit per pet.
PET RULES
- Must be on a lease at all times outside the cottages. (Per Rockport City Ordinance!)
- Owner must clean up after pets on the property!
- No pets allowed on furniture.
- ALL PETS MUST BE KENNELED WHEN LEFT ALONE IN COTTAGES!
NO FISH OR GAME CLEANING ON THE PROPERTY
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Cottage
