There is a $10 fee per extra person
(must be pre-approved by management)

A NON-Refundable Deposit
of $100 will be charged at the time reservations are booked.
This is part of the total and will be deducted from the amount owed at check in.  No refunds will be given, due to bad weather!

 NO SMOKING INSIDE COTTAGES

Smoking is allowed outside on front porch only!

4th of July - 3 night minimum
Hummingbird Festival - 3 night minimum
Seafair - 3 night minimum
Oysterfest - 3 night minimum
All other Festival and Holidays 2 night minimum @ Holiday/Festival rates
No weekly rate discounts on holiday weeks
